Dunchurch Parish Council holds an ordinary meeting on the first Tuesday of each month. Agendas and Minutes for the meetings will be published below.

Please be aware that minutes need to approved and the following meeting before being published, therefore, meeting minutes will usually be published after the meeting of the following month. For example, the minutes for the January meeting will be published when they have been approved by The Council at the February meeting.
