Sky Blues in the Community recently launched our MENtalk sessions in Rugby. These take place every Wednesday from 10am till 12 noon. Sessions are FREE for men with mental health problems and take place weekly at Rugby School Sports Centre (CV22 5DJ).
MENtalk is a dual action project – part mental health promotion/workshops, part group sports and physical activities. We provide structure, motivation and social inclusion in a safe, relaxed environment. All activities are fun, welcoming and led by experienced staff. Our Mental Health Manager is a psychologist while our Mental Health Officer is a qualified Senior Coach, meaning all sessions are high quality and deliver positive outcomes for beneficiaries.
