| Community Design Event Thursday 6th July – Saturday 8th July 2023 You are invited by Homes England to a Community Design Event. We need your views to help develop a vision and masterplan for Homestead View. A series of workshops will be held and an exhibition will be open throughout the three days. Participation is on a drop-in basis there is no need to pre-register for the workshops. The purpose is to listen to the community to understand their thoughts, concerns and aspirations, and to explore how the proposals at Homestead View can respond to these. A Post-it Note Workshop titled ‘Issues and Ambitions’ will be the focus, along with an opportunity to discuss topics that arise in more detail with the consultant team. What is Homestead View?Homestead View is the name of the South West Rugby Sustainable Urban Development Extension, which responds to the area’s growing housing needs by creating a new community in the area.
