We are aware of the impact the roadworks are causing and I have contacted the highways department at the council to report these issues. Also to ensure they can modify the layout and ensure appropriate safety measures are in place where they deem appropriate.
Regarding any driving offences, patrols will be increased by the Safer Neighbourhood Team when they are on duty, with a view to prosecuting any offences where appropriate. Warwickshire Police are organising a press release around this to ensure the public are aware of their responsibilities and the consequences of bad driving.
