Diversion of part footpath R168y Northampton Lane, Rugby

I refer to my letter of 15 September 2021 notifying of the making the above Order.

In accordance with paragraph 1(2)(b) of Schedule 14 of the above Act, I enclose by way of

service a copy of the further Notice in compliance with Schedule 2 of the Town and Country

Planning (Public Path Orders) Regulations1993.

I also enclose a copy of the Order made by the Council as required by paragraph 1(b) of the

above Act.
